[photo] The true joy of the evening was escorting Nick Knight to the stage as he accepted The Isabella Blow Award for Creativity. This award is a long time coming for a true genius, so ahead of his time and a gift to us all who are blessed to work with him and experience his magic.

[photo] I was so grateful to have so many recipes to choose from that were sent to be from the World Wide Web with a lot of love! I took combinations of the different recipes and came up with some great dishes my favorite was candied pecan and pear stuffing with celery carrots and onions and my secret is I add sugar cream and eggs like a bread pudding in addition to the chicken stalk and veggies . I used brioche and stale potato rolls

[photo] Je suis tellement reconnaissante d’avoir reçu tant de recettes et d’avoir pu choisir à partir de celles qui ont été envoyées avec amour sur la toile mondiale! J’ai fait une combinaison de différentes recettes et j’ai fait des plats géniaux mon préféré était les noix de pécan confites la farce à la poire avec céleri carottes et oignons et mon secret est que j’ajoute du sucre de la crème et des oeufs comme pour un pudding en plus des morceaux de poulet et des légumes. J’ai utilisé de la brioche et de vieilles pommes de terre
